At LifeNationOne we strive to deliver the highest quality, best performing and superior fitting products.

 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from LifeNationOneyou have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund or replacement. Please Note our Return Policy.

 

LifeNationOne will offer the Customer one of the following options upon receipt and verification of returned product:

  

A replacement Product or exchange. In this case,LifeNationOne shall bear the cost of shipping of a replacement or exchanged Product to the Customer.

 

A refund for the original purchase price (minus original shipping & handling costs - if applicable at the time of purchase). Refunds can only be credited via to original payment method.

 

What items are returnable?

TShirts are the only product in our store that is Refundable and Returnable. Please email us for any details for products other than our TShirts. 

Returned Product must be Unused, in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and with its original packaging. Subject to review.

 

What items are non-refundable or Exchangeable?

 All Our Custom Order, Clothing Sets: Jackets, Leggings, Sweatpants, Sweatshirts, Sports Bra, and all other print clothing sold on our Stores. These products are Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable, as each item is custom made to fit. So the products are made specifically for you when ordered. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including perishable goods, gift cards and downloadable software products.

 

Are there any charges for return?

 

There are no charges for return

 

If originally charged (majority of orders are shipped Free) Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless LifeNationOne determines that: (1) the Product is faulty from a manufacturing defect and through no fault of the customer or a third person.

 

How do I return?

Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return

 

You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 

How soon will I get my refund, exchange or replacement?

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, exchange or replacement.

 

If you are approved for a refund, you refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

If you are approved for an exchange or replacement, your new products will be dispatched within 2 business days, shipment racking details will be sent via email.
